UNARCO manufactures many different types of roll-formed Pallet Rack to fit any warehouse storage requirement. Selective Pallet Rack is the main component of every warehouse system. It can be used as a stand-alone for pallet storage or as part of complex engineered systems for Carton Flow or Pallet Flow modules. Numerous gauges and post sizes can accommodate any capacity requirement and UNARCO manufactures both a C-section and the SuperPost closed-tube upright to satisfy the most stringent designs.      Interchangeable Pallet Rack is an interlocking design with teardrop-shaped punching on 2" centers along the face of the upright columns. UNARCO has different locking connections including the patented Gravity Lock and various spring lock designs to hold beams in place securely and allow for easy relocation.
    Interchangeable pallet racking is a roll-formed design with tapered, teardrop-shaped punching on 2" centers along the face of uprights. As the name suggests, Interchangeable rack will mix among different manufacturers' teardrop punched uprights. UNARCO beams and frames will accommodate pallet rack from all major suppliers, facilitating warehouse expansion, add-ons or damaged shelving replacement.
    Interchangeable beams attach to the keyholes of the upright columns with safe and sure locking devices. Building officials throughout the United States are well-acquainted with the UNARCO Gravity Lock, the most popular lock because of its ease of use and secure fastening.   Simply lift the Gravity Locking pin and drop the beam into place. Release the pin and gravity keeps the beam secure - no tools required. A standard spring-locking device is also available as an option for beam fastening.
    UNARCO offers the versatile option of side holes in the uprights which allow for accessory attachment or bolting on racking items. As with the teardrop punching, these holes are on 2" centers. Interchangeable uprights can also be punched with slotted side holes to accommodate UNARCO's popular UPICK carton flow system.
    Interchangeable uprights are available in a wide variety of sizes which offer every range of capacity, as well as an open and closed tube design. Closed tube uprights offer 30%-40% greater load capacities than same-gauge open-back design uprights and resist frontal impact up to five times more than a structural column.

T-Bolt Style
 Is a Patented bolted connection
which allows for the easiest bolted installation available.

     T-Bolt Pallet Rack is a rigid, bolted design that saves time and money as it does not require
installers to reach inside the column.  The T-Bolt head simply inserts through the beam connector and column and a quarter-turn locks it into place.  It is easily tightened at the front of the post. This front-end-only connection offers the structural strength of bolting with the fastest installation in the industry. T-Bolt style uprights are punched on 3" vertical centers.
    UNARCO's T-Bolt pallet rack system provides rigidity, strength and reliability and is the easiest bolted system to install. The patented T-Bolt offers a front-end-only connection which saves valuable installation time. A tab on each end of the beam connectors holds the beam in place while the bolt is inserted and tightened. The T-Bolt head simply inserts through the beam connector and column and a one-quarter turn locks it into place. The nut is tightened from the front and there is no need to reach inside the column.
    The T-Bolt features an easy-entry curved surface head and locking cams below. A horizontal engagement mark on the end allows users to easily identify that racking is locked. When the line is horizontal, the beam is locked in place. It is that simple.  When tightened to 90 foot-pounds of torque, the T-Bolt connector eliminates the possibility of the beam accidentally disengaging. In fact, completed bays can be boxed on the ground and then raised as a unit to save installation time and lessen climbing. The extra rigidity that T-Bolts provide allows for greater elevation consistency and tighter tolerances throughout the structure, helping insure long-term durability and plumbness.
    T-Bolt uprights are available in both open section and SuperPost closed tube with all-welded construction and UNARCO's miter-cut bracing. The rigidity of the T-Bolt connection also lends itself to extra deep applications including Carton Flow, Pallet Flow, and Drive-In/Thru.   Manufacturing capabilities of continuous lengths of up to 40' and splicing channels for taller systems make T-Bolt a smart answer to engineered systems or multi-level pick module projects.

Both T-Bolt and Interchangeable designs feature all-welded construction for maximum strength and stability. UNARCO   can manufacture 40' continuous rolled columns and create splicing channels for taller systems. Modernized equipment with automatic and robotic welding, coupled with trained AWS certified welders ensure adherence to manufacturing tolerances and facilitate pallet rack installation.
